2. Service Scope

PetSpeak provides probabilistic interpretation outputs based on audio and contextual signals. The service does not guarantee literal translation of animal language.

3. Acceptable Use

• No unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or model extraction attempts.
• No abusive, deceptive, or harmful use of predictions or exported data.
• No upload of content you do not have rights or permission to submit.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a written refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

PetSpeak retains ownership of platform technology, models, and product assets. You retain ownership of your submitted content, subject to the licenses required to operate and improve the service.

6. Disclaimers

PetSpeak is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Outputs are informational and should not be treated as veterinary diagnosis, emergency guidance, or guaranteed factual conclusions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetSpeak is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use, interruptions, or interpretation outcomes.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, security risk, or legal compliance requirements.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use after changes become effective indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
